My friends have all gone the steamdeck route

I stayed on my phones longer when I had a replaceable battery and expandable storage. 5yrs was typical only replacing when they stopped turning on or I couldn’t get new batteries for them.
Came here to say that I am rarely happy with my previous work. But it seems to stem from the fact that I actually have to complete projects, I can’t continue to tinker and make them better I just have to get it working.

:D I do enjoy emulated games on it as well but bg3 has been a blast too. It was what drained my battery while being plugged in.
On a similar note I just found a 240w 48v usbc brick today, it’s currently sold out everywhere but gives me hope in the next year I will be able to get one. It’s a delta adp-240kb.

I love mine so far. My only complaint is the charging for the 16 with the discreet graphics isn’t quite enough if you do aaa gaming on it at high settings. When they come out with a 220w brick I will be content.

That is fair. They are definitely more than a typical laptop.

Hosting your own email server has gotten extremely difficult and time consuming.

And about the same speed. Most places take call in orders too now so call ahead and it’s basically ready when you get there

Wouldn’t that be ironic

I for one am excited to see what they are going to do with it.

Modded Java is the way to go.

Man I wish, we have to go to the post office to get mail in my town. They don’t deliver to houses.

Oregon here 0 minutes. My ballot is delivered in the mail and I can drop it off at the post office or ballot drop box.

Continous integration/ Continous delivery basically they keep pushing the latest developments as soon as it’s avaliable and passes the tests.
