Was going through their circular automated phone system saying “Agent” and such until I started cursing. Then, I was finally directed to a person. Not sure if it still works these days though…
That used to be how you would get past voice response systems and get to an operator quickly as well: just say “fuck”, once, clearly.
Most of the systems where this worked did it for any unrecognized words.
Mashing 0 repeatedly works well.
