    The only healthy option here is water.

    All the other options contribute to obesity. Lots of calories.

    I remember having a discussion with a lady that was upset that they removed soda and juice from the vending machines at school. She claimed that juice was healthy. I told her that the problem was that all the kids are fat not that they’re low on vitamin C which is very easy to get from other foods.

      Other than water, what is a healthy drink alternative? Unsweetened caffeine free tea maybe?
