It’s a company named cmxt and they started selling their RAM to the world a few months ago.
However the Western world refuses to use it like they refuse green tech so only people outside the Anglosphere or Western Europe are going to get lower prices.

There were boards that could hold 24 DIMMs. (Memory is fuzzy, but feels right.) Could still hit 12 GB.
