But moving your car in a manner to threaten bodily harm if they’re to pass, outside of normal operation, is assault or intimidation depending on where you do it.
Eh, I never interpreted it as a threat, only “If I can’t go because of traffic, neither can you! Riding on the lines is illegal!”.
I know bicyclists who have been pushed into the shoulder by assholes, that is threatening, but just getting in someone’s way to lower them to your level is merely childish behavior.
