I got a super bad concussion when I fell and hit the back of my head on some concrete a while back. It took nearly three weeks for my symptoms to go away. I got really lucky I didn’t get anything more serious. We were concerned that I permanently damaged my occipital lobe because my visual issues were not improving. Thankfully I got better, but goddamn. I can’t imagine a brain injury as severe as that guy’s. It’s terrifying.
