LA residents are feeling the heat as urban oil fields take a toll on health and air quality.

Many lifelong residents of Los Angeles have health impacts from growing up close to oil extraction. Now, the city is trying to close down the worst offenders, but it's an enormous task.

So, let me be sure that I understand… it’s illegal for me to build an addition to my home, but this is legal?

At least the USA is consistent, I guess.
