I don’t want to talk about them shutting down. They hopefully will keep going.
Don’t want to pre declare them dead.
The current limitations:
- You can’t keep it in uncompressed format(like PNG for example);
- You can’t upload big pictures;
- Depending on the server it might take moderate to large amount of time to upload pictures;
- You can’t upload videos and GIFs.
It might seem like minor problems, but it still causes a friction, compared to uploading to Reddit.
Don’t want to jinx it.
I was talking there about users interactions on the platform, not moderation.
