I agree that Skibidi was trash. But 6 7 is honestly kinda funny because no one really gets it, it’s not annoying and you can sneak it into regular conversations without notice, while anyone who’s in on it can have a giggle. That’s true internet culture if you ask me.
I try not to be too judgmental because it’s just a new internet generation and I’m old.

With a splash of pink/red/purple.

Occasionally there is still some meme that stands out and lasts for a few weeks or more. See Skibidi Toilet or 6 7. But mostly it became much less interesting because everything is monetized now.
Most of the ones you mentioned were before 2010. I believe internet culture started dying with Gangnam Style. That’s when thing have gone mainstream and not an inside joke anymore.
But yes, real world events also kinda ruined everything.

Just recently I was driving down a road, it was sunset and the whole sky was just a very bright yellow like I’ve never seen before. With the black mountains (because the sun was behind) in the background as contrast it looked so amazing I thought „Damn you nature, you’re distracting me from driving!“. And because I was driving I couldn’t even snap a picture! People would say I photoshopped it anyways.

I disagree. Am 40 now and still find new music (and genres) I like.

Someone finally pressing the red button and end this failure of a species.

I used to buy a new one every two years, now it’s 3-4 years. The new phones just don’t excite me anymore and I’m basically just waiting for the battery to run down or it becoming laggy.
Currently have an iPhone 15 Pro so there still some time until I need a new one. Not a fan of the new design anyways.

Obama followed me on Twitter
(He follows 500,000 people but hey…)

I strongly recommend V-Racer Hoverbike

I miss one of them or rather the surrounding fields and river. But it’s nearby and I occasionally drive there to go for a walk.

I admit I mostly tried with frozen ones. Thanks!

I tried to prepare brussels sprouts in different ways but it just tastes like ass.

Onions can have all kinds of textures and tastes depending on the type, condition and cooking method you use. Try raw red onions in a salad or caramelized for half an hour to put on a burger. Also I suggest removing the first layer (after the skin) as it’s often tougher than the rest.

Whataboutism

Should they? I don’t watch ads and still hear about new stuff or see it on the shelves and don’t feel like I’m out of touch (at least in the things I care about).
Maybe everyone should do public keynotes like tech companies and then people can go watch it if they care.

I wonder how many here just quote themselves.
You must be on the edge all the time, caring about superficial things like that
