I mean it wasn’t great, but it was okay, and considering that it was free to play I think it was a decent competitor to cod

I would also recommend it, and I even tried it when i started, but i just couldn’t get it to work. Probably permission issues
For a while I split tunneled tailscale through an openvpn .conf file, but recently switched to using qbittorrent in docker with gluetun. Qbittorrent is realistically the only service that needs to be behind a vpn so it works out well
I’m sure any server oriented Linux distro will do fine. I use Debian.
I will note, I don’t know if you’re planning on having remote access (e.g. through tailscale or reverse proxy), but if you are, I found it quite a challenge to get proton to play nice with them
I haven’t used threads, I just assumed it already had ads

I think it’s fair for someone to want to cheat in achievements of this nature. OP put over 100 hours into this game and is only 0.1% of the way there. If I put 100 hours into a game, I would also want to fast track past these two middle fingers the devs threw in
While I still enjoy the older titles more, I’ve been having a lot of fun with this one. Terminus is definitely a top 10 map, maybe even top 5
I’m well aware. I enjoy the game all the same. Besides, I think people overstate how bad rammers are. Yeah it happens sometimes, but most people want the same thing you do: a clean race
Yeah I thought it would be a long shot but I figured i should mention it just in case, good luck finding a distro
My problem is that I want to choose when to listen to the same song a million times. When spotify gets in the loop of playing the same songs over and over, it becomes very difficult to force it to break out of it when i get tired of it. If I tell spotify to shuffle my playlist, I want spotify to shuffle my goddamn playlist
I know you said you want to use KDE, but Pop is actually working on their own DE, called Cosmic, to be released with the 24.04 version. It’s currently still in alpha, so it’s far from finished, but if you’re trialing other distros anyway I don’t think it would hurt to boot it up and explore it (at least for a few minutes)
All these companies do is make it easier to use wireguard, if you’re so afraid of them just use wireguard yourself, you’ll get the same effect
I’m gonna go with Forza (Assetto Corsa also works to a lesser extent). Sure the focus of the game is on racing, but it can be extremely relaxing to hop into any car you want from any era and just take a cruise and look at the scenery
Adding denuvo later wouldn’t do any good, if a game launches without it it’s going to get cracked instantly
About the second point, your pc shouldn’t be putting any resources towards a VM if it isn’t active. Just shut it down, close it, and play games on your host as normal.
One more thing, I’m assuming you’re doing your gaming on Steam. Check ProtonDB for all of your games to see if they work on Linux (protondb only lists steam games, so if you have games as well, I’ve found a google search usually does the trick). You might find that you don’t even need a VM
They don’t, that quote is talking about the steam survey, which allows steam to read what OS the user is using. The point OP is making is that the only reason W11 is more popular than W10 is because Microsoft is forcing the update
I mean, they are trying to build a twitter alternative, aren’t they?
Yes, exactly
Source code is only for HG/SS and B2W2, so we still can’t verify anything about the newer genes
If only there was some way you could make it less loud? Oh well
