In 20 years, “YouTube was an online video sharing platform…”
I doubt they can make it to the next 20 years, the way they are controlling everything.

They had a AAA gaming studio? I must have been living under a rock.
Those keys are mostly ‘volume keys’ which are meant for devs. Some people sign up as devs and pay some joining fees and in return they get lots of Office keys and sell it on their website. You can’t use those product keys if you want to use Office on a different device as it’ll not bind to your MS account or can’t be activated on a different machine. You need to buy another key to use it on a different machine.
Doesn’t matter if the game is on Steam or on Epic if it’s a shit game.

The ‘Thunderbolt’ symbol is Intel’s proprietary technology. Apple and Intel made it. First apple registered Thunderbolt as a trademark but later they transferred it to Intel. The lightning bolt icon which supports fast charging phones or other devices when connected to the laptop is different and developed by the USB guys.
Spawn killed
Bloated as usual.
Don’t worry, third party clients will rectify the issue.
It’s time to switch.
Yeah, after registering the product I claimed the warranty.
I bought JBL earbuds and didn’t register my product on their website as most companies don’t require it so I basically ignored that. After 7-8 months of usage one bud was discharging quicker than the other one so I tried to claim warranty but they refused, they said that my product isn’t registered in their system. They told me to register the product first then apply for a warranty claim.
Yeah, if a company forces me to do so (Razer, JBL). Most companies don’t require registration for warranty, at least in my country. All you need is the original invoice. When you want to claim a warranty, you need to fill out a form on that company’s website which asks for your details like name, phone number, email, and physical address, alongside the original invoice. That’s it, no prior registration required.
This is becoming more common nowadays. Earlier it was a tiny “x” now you can’t even see the actual button.
I simply uninstall the app or the game whenever I get a full screen ad. Getting a full screen ad or an automatically sound enabled ad is not my thing.
Can you imagine if every company forces users to use Passkey instead of other log in methods, how many printed copies or keys you’ll need, plus the spare copies and back-up keys?
I don’t understand why apps and services are so obsessed with ‘Passkey’ or password-less login. I know there’s some risk using email & password login method, but the passkey thing is half-baked and it locks users from getting their account back if somehow they forget it, especially Google’s passkey approach is totally awful.
That’s not new, they have been doing this for a while now. 1st noticed when the S10 series was launched.
Brexit effect. Slowly but surely starts to show some results.
Now they should shut down those spy apps, I mean social media apps.
Windows Phone as a product wasn’t that bad. Even it had some good features which were way ahead of its time. They took some bad decisions and pulled the plug too early.
