I would like to add to this conversation, “I’ve talked it over with myself and I’ve decided I’m going on strike,” is an extremely powerful thing to say.
…I didn’t promise my addition would be valuable.
Mentally ill woman in her late 30s. Quit my jobs with DIDDs to go to work a retail job and go to school.
I’m here to help!

We’re certainly allowed to see this in our own ways. Anyone who says blanket statements about how we perceive an unborn child is making a statement about what we believe.
In my opinion, that kind of assertion crosses the line between someone championing the opinion of another and becomes championing their own opinion.
Neither.
I’m talking about this:
The reason why it’s worse if she’s pregnant is because you took away her choice and opportunity to have that baby
To each their own I guess. I personally would feel horrible about killing a child not just removing a temporary opportunity or something. I’m not saying it’s the same as an abortion, just that we on a fundamental level do understand that the fetus isn’t just a clump of cells.
Go and find the context, see that they used lots of “I’m pro choice” language, but then went on to argue that an embryo is a child. This is someone using lots of careful language, but is making a specific argument.
I read “EverQuest” and my brain commented, “You mean EverCrack,” immediately.
My cousin was horrifically addicted. Luckily for me, my opinion on subscribing to a game was, "no matter how good a game is, I’m not paying for it over and over, " even in middle school, so he couldn’t convince me to try it.
They go on to argue that abortion is murder in a different comment. They’re using careful language but it’s obvious this isn’t a person who is simply “arguing the other side,” this is a conversation done in bad faith.
That’s the beauty of the internet. There’s always a competitor. I don’t have to use someone who had a bad reputation at one point but is fine now. I can just use someone else.
You better go in disguise.
It’s not fun when you give me permission!!
My doctors office actually notified me that I’m on 2 medications that make me extra heat sensitive.
I appreciate it. This is a good reminder to folks to check.
I can’t really comment on the European experience though, so I said American, which I am, and which I am qualified to talk about.
Oh, also I have an exceedingly rare hereditary disease, so it feels like a certainty I’ll need it for myself someday.
I believe every American knows someone whose life is made substantially worse because of a lack of access to healthcare.
I want to set this up and learn to use it. I want to keep it and maintain it and wait. Because I’ll inevitably hear from someone that they can’t afford their life-saving medication.
The New Text Document makes this.
I’m really looking forward to pulling this crap as I get older.
Particularly about Pokémon. I grew up with Pokémon. I’ve played every single main game (or at least one of the two that released!) I cannot wait to call them all Pikachu just to watch a kid squirm.
Should be butterfly pasta! We’ve been robbed!

Wylde Flowers.
I romanced and married someone then there was a massive betrayal that took place. I was so upset and angry that I’d married this person two seasons ago and then they betrayed me!
Got a divorce and then couldn’t finish the game. It didn’t help I was so happy with my choice that I’d closed the door on every other romantic option. Lonely farm for me!
