What’s your budget? I’ve been looking into ropes course kinds of things for my kids, basically slack lines that you can add stuff to. I think if you search for ninja line you’ll get hits.

Thank you! Fingers crossed that they’re even better than the ones I’m currently using. Which are pretty good (Eargasms) but don’t have a super high decibel rating and I definitely have to toss each pair after about a week and a half of wearing them every night, just because they stop being as…sticky? They’re not really sticky but they do adhere when they’re fresh, and not so much after a few days.
Just bought some earplugs. They better be legit! I use silicone earplugs right now and they’re okay but on nights when my husband is really stuffy, he’s like a chainsaw.
I did that once. I like to think I’m relatively smart, but I honestly did not know the difference. Our floor was very clean afterwards.
Windex007 is right; breastfeeding is how many new moms lose the excess pregnancy weight. But it is a delicate dance trying to keep your milk production up. Also, personally I was starving all the time while I was nursing, plus sleep deprivation, so for some of us the whole “losing the baby weight” doesn’t really work as well as we’d like.
Trees. Love me some dense forests, shaded paths, little bits of creeks, but it’s all down to the trees for me. I am lucky enough to own my home and it won not because the house was perfect but because of the five mature oak trees in the backyard.
Wut
I didn’t believe you. Had to zoom in and yeah, you’re right but that’s bizarre!
I asked someone which third party candidate they think I should vote for in a thread where they were saying third party is the only anti-genocide vote. Six hours later and I still don’t have an answer. It’s so disingenuous.
Okay, as a Californian, which third party candidate do you suggest? Because it ain’t Jill Stein. Which candidate do you support over Harris?
Some of us Tesla drivers refuse to use any of their bullshit auto-driving software (I don’t even use lane assist anymore) because of bad experiences so hopefully most of them are just driving normally. Which I do admit may not spark much confidence given how terrible some drivers are.
Oh! I thought of one, Gwendolyn Christie.
I knew a Genevieve in college, and then my son’s best friend in preschool was a Genevieve who went by Jenny (or Geny?) and now my daughter has one in her class, so they’re making a comeback maybe?
I’m fond of “Gwendolyn” but I’ve never met or even known of one, to my knowledge.
I know a 10-year-old Agnes! And also a 40s/50s-ish Agnes (I can’t guess adult ages well).
Sometimes it’s not the kids’ fault. I’d say most of the time the parents need to be involved in some way with the costume (buying, making, helping to make) and some kids just don’t have present parents so I don’t want to punish them for that.
Also I really don’t want leftover candy in my house (because I’ll eat it) so…
And sell it to them. Capitalism gonna capitalize
She is so badass. That last line gives me chills.
I know it makes me super basic but… dragons. I know, it’s not inspiring. But I must add a caveat. I prefer that they are intelligent, on par with or surpassing humans in intelligence and willing (if reluctantly) to interact with them. Game of Thrones dragons are cool and all but they don’t really do it for me in the same way as, say, the dragon from Dragonheart.
Plus it ended on a cliffhanger and season 3 is in jeopardy last I heard.
I think underwire is more important the larger your breast volume is. I was recently at an event with a bunch of women who’ve known each other for a long time and we did a game where an emcee asked a question and then we went to a side of the room that fit our personal answer. One of them was 1) underwire, 2) no wire, 3) no bra. As I shuffled over to the underwire side, one of my pals joked that this was just a way to separate us by breast size. And sure enough, those of us with the wires tended to be on the heavier-cupped side, and the small number of no-bra ladies were quite petite.
I tried bralettes once and they didn’t work for me at all. I’m too big for them to provide any support so they just buckled, essentially. It’s a bummer because some of them are so cute! But my girls are just too heavy. And the only thing that keeps them in line is the damn wire. I will say that being fitted correctly does help the wire feel more comfortable though.
