2 days ago@srasmus @Aeder A good rule of thumb is to consider muting the ten or so biggest #Pleroma instances if you don’t have the stomach to come across edgy or undesirable content while on the #Fediverse.

@srasmus @Aeder Figured I’d chime in as I’ve been on the #Fediverse for as long as #Gab joined it (as it was, interestingly enough, the first #Fediverse instance I’ve ever been on!).
The #Pleroma userbase is the most diverse that you’ll find on the #Fediverse. You’ve got crazy alt right folks, gooners, pedophiles, left wingers (usually left wing #Pleroma users will be #trans who just want to self host or be on a super small instance) and more. /1
@poVoq @Aeder It sounds like you’re talking about #AlexGleason (not tagging him cuz IDK if he wants to be in this thread.
He actually clashed with the #Pleroma devs and some admins quite a bit while he was working on #Rebased, I forget what about.
