Man, just imagine doing your job, living at the other side of the world, spending months on sea to bring back some money for your family, and then some cunts just kill you because of a conflict you might not even know exists
“A conflict you might not even know exists” see that’s just bullshit. Not only is Israel’s genocide reported heavily across the globe, if you run a shipping company, it is your responsibility to at least be somewhat aware of the regional conflicts in the area you transport goods to and from. Also, if there’s a military blockade threatening all vessels who enter a port, it is also your responsibility to not put your employees in danger by trying to bypass that blockade with no assurances of safety. I would hold the owners of this vessel/company accountable for prioritizing profit and getting these people killed.
Man, imagine watching a live steamed genocide for two years and when a few people get hurt because they’re working on a ship that supports the genocide, that’s when you feel empathy.
You can’t transit the area and not know. I’m pretty sure theres been a maritime advisement for like a decade generally and for Liberia there’s been a specific warning provided to relevant shipping companies and captains. It would be like sailing the coast of Somalia and saying you didn’t know theres a pirate issue.

You can literally feel empathy for both though?
Is there a master list of ships that support genocide, so that I don’t end up on one?
They attack any ships they have the opportunity to. The “supporting genocide” nonsense is cover for their useful idiots.

Sailoring has always been a dangerous job. The past 50 years os the exemption, not the rule.
