VPN probably. Dunno about this act but it will most likely help. Maaaaybe many vpns are blocked, especially the free ones. That you’d have to check. But if, you’d have to find some nore unknown providers or pay a bit more.

AirVPN is one i also use (for port-sharing!), but they don’t offer lifetime-accounts (anymore?) or maybe on occasion. But they have 3-yrs
