Easy solution: just drive toward Denny & Stewart then get out of your car. By the time you’re back from whatever you were doing there you may be able to move forward a bit. Free parking!

I’m pretty sure that’s how people use the I5 in Seattle.
There is no “the I-5” north of California.

I was talking about calling it “the I-5”. That’s a California thing. Washingtonians and Oregonians call it “I-5”.
Oh I’ve heard both despite having never been to California, but I guess I do talk to a fair number of people who moved up here from there
