That’s a good idea too. I threw my back out once with the first one from rocking because I didn’t realize I was sort of compressing my spine to give my arms a break. It’s one of those things that doesn’t matter if you do it once, but over and over again, it sneaks up on you.
Congrats on the first kid! I have young kids and recommend getting some cardio in now for more energy. It’s been helping me.
