It’s not that they’re literally difficult to swallow, but that they are terrible anti androgens with even worse side effects. If you live in the US don’t want to do monotherapy, spiro is often the only anti androgen you can get prescribed. Always being dehydrated is the tough pill to swallow.
Are they literally difficult to swallow? I’m on cipro so I only need a quarter pill every 2 days.
