      This is the bigger problem. FIFA still got their money because scalpers bought the tickets. They don’t care about hotels or scalpers as their bottom line still got padded.

        But is it first order scalpers or secondary? It would be just as hilarious to see Ticketmaster or whatever company stuck with the bill.
