This reminded me to meditate. I only do so occasionally but I am considering trying to weasel it into my day.
After enough time, you’ll want to do it daily. Just make it easy for yourself, I’ve gone years without, and years constant, it ebbs and flows.
Don’t be strict either. If a session has been particularly hard, I’ll give up, go and do something else for 10 minutes to clear my head, sometimes even have a cigarette, and then when I come back it’s easier to get in the zone.
