Most Americans support term limits, campaign spending caps, and Electoral College reform, but achieving these changes likely would require amending one of the world's hardest constitutions to change.
It should be allowed but I think it needs more state and local testing along with other alternatives. It’s not clear it’s the absolute best system despite being better than what we have now. Enshrining it in the constitution would be premature at this point.
