    Hakeem won with 75% of the vote in the general.

    He got 75% of 241,150 votes cast. Kings County had a population of 2.6 million people in 2024. And they canceled the primary. So once again, he ran uncontested.

    I don’t think anyone in 2018 would have expected AOC would get 4000 more votes than the Chairman of the Democratic Caucus.
