I’m assuming in that event, half goes to the property owner and it’s 4 construction workers and a foreman splitting the other half. The rightful owner has 5 years to claim according to local law. What would you do while you wait that out?


Nothing really.
Until you actually have the money, you kinda can’t do anything different.
Maybe if it was a sure thing you could take a loan out against it. But in this case it’s not a sure thing.
