The most surprising one was in the TOS movies there’s one at a bar. I only noticed it last year.
I’ve recently started digitizing my dvd collection and am planning on rewatching but trying to focus on the background and side characters. They sometimes are doing hilariously obvious pantomiming in some older episodes.
Animated series, movies, tng, ds9, lower Decks… Most of the shows, really.
They’re usually background characters in live action since it’s not really easy to make them look realistic and believable up close.
Oh for real? I know what I’m looking for on my next trek rewatch

Oh no! Now I have to watch all of Star Trek all over again to see every instance of this! Lol
