It is legalese. ‘Value’ as a verb could mean in nearly any concievable context or form. It just means ‘is important to us in some unspecified way’… and then the actual specifics are in the ToS you probably don’t read.

There, that’s more precise. But yeah, this is why so much corpo speak means damn near literally nothing by way of being immensely vague or misconstuable.
