In a way “kinda weird” is still normal. People in real life are kinda weird, we have different things we like, not just missionary position for the purpose of procreation. There’s collars and vegetables used in non-culinary ways, toe-sucking and fantasies and handcuffs, etc. Normal people often do kinda weird stuff.
True but this is the bad kind of weird in my personal opinion. Much of Europe is still quite puritanical–it’s just by comparison to other places they appear enlightened.
