This can be worked towards via the age-old adage: educate, agitate, and organize. A working-class party that focuses on educating the masses, struggles alongside them on critical and salient issues, while delivering strong, Marxist-Leninist analysis of said issues, is how we develop the working class as a whole. The final part, organization, is how we turn our greatest strength, numbers, into a spear that cannot be stopped by even the strongest armor. The party is the spearpoint, it cannot make revolution, but it can steer one.
