Biggest thing would be to get a job whereever you are going. Its technically the second easiest position to be in. If your really have cash its easy but if you have mortagage and retirement savings and such it becomes much more of a headache. someone here did manage to go to england with their kid and im not sure they had a job lined up. If your young enough you could try to get into an academic program to. That might mean taking out loans but would give you a chance to find jobs in the area.
