Fecal transplant, obviously, does nothing to combat pneumonia, skin infections, abscesses, or literally anywhere other than the gut. As the vast majority of fatal or life threatening infections are not isolated to the gut, your argument fails. But I need not argue against citations, as the provided papers don’t even argue your point.
