I can’t give the advice you probably want on the greys, but I’ve been there. I was fully grey by 30. It has probably been a net positive, honestly. I never fought it with dyes or anything.
Head and Shoulders as my every day shampoo works fine for me as my hair got thinner, but when I was younger there was a shampoo in Canada called Nizoral which was ketoconazole based apparently and it worked very well.

They’re 70-80% gone here since around ‘20, anecdotally as someone who’s driven the same highway corridor day and night.
They still get hit by the vehicle, but there is a profoundly apparent absence.
I find the argument that Americans are fighting back harder than is apparent unbelievable.
Numbers in the streets of hundreds and thousands aren’t cloaking a factor of ten more yet openly visible elsewhere in the world for smaller matters.
There are no hidden tanks at the capitol.
There are no midweek or daily protests hiding amongst the monthly callouts on weekends nor do arguments about having to work to survive mask the apathy.
There is a juvenile psychopath on the streets with guns threatening the whole neighbourhood while America - the collective parent and sibling of them - are in the house claiming they are doing their part.
America has been a generations long rabid promoter of the actions it itself is not doing.

Sorry, I wasn’t clear. The Nizoral was a dandruff shampoo. Very effective when my hair was thick but Head and Shoulders does fine now. My hair is thinner but I’m only about where you’re at in the pic regarding bald spot so I can’t really comment.
