In the past 5 years, whenever I talk it's like my brain's buffering. I can't find words or "load" the next sentence or sequence things. I used to be able to give unscripted presentations. Why?

I forgot to clarify that. No, I wasn’t sick. It was a gradual onset.

If I stick my head out a car window or a gust of wind hits my face it's like my throat closes and I can't breathe. How come motorcycle riders without helmets don't seem to have this problem?
