I used Windows 10 for a while. But now I’ve completely moved to various flavors of Linux. I’ll get GrapheneOS or something on a phone if possible later.
Only place I still have windows 11 is my work PC. Nearly all the main annoying crap is managed away by IT, and it’s still irritating as hell.

But China has engineered its own collapse through fraud, incompetence, corruption and hubris. Young people aren’t having kids. They’re lying flat. So much of their growth has been nothing but waste and tofu dregs. Even their population may in reality be hundreds of millions fewer than reported.
And Russia has proven itself no superpower.
I guess this may be a new century for Europe. Australia is looking good. Ukraine is clearly demonstrating their quality. Personally, I hope South America and Africa finally get to flourish.
I already barely watch the TV I have, and it never goes online.

Well there’s always dual booting. I’ll consider VR again one of these days, maybe. I early adopted the Oculus Rift way back, but I’ve never had the space for full motion and stuff. Did a fair amount of space travel with it though. That was nice.
This right here. Got a Steam Deck. My Surface Pro 4 finally died. So after years of hassling from my best friend, who runs Arch btw, I got a Framework 13 and put PopOS on it. Zero issues, to the point, sadly, where I haven’t really learned to troubleshoot it much yet. We’re gonna install Bazzite on my home theatre PC this weekend when he comes down.
The only Windows I’m gonna run from here out is on my work PC, and the AI shilling, spyware, and cloud requirements sure ain’t changing my mind.

Oh absolutely. Regulating emissions and mass carbon capture by replanting forests, then burying them is the only way. Ain’t like it would be even so easy as launching millions of shade satellites. An entire automated zero g manufacturing industry would have to be launched. And while that tickles my scifi nerd fancy, again, we can never allow a scant few humans to gatekeep space resources for themselves. That’s too much wealth and power.
