Yeah Intel Celeron+4gb ram is a total slogfest on Windows, Linux makes it a bit more bearable.
If they are made to be as cheap as possible, why don’t they just drop the Windows license and preload them with Linux Mint or something?

I think we’re entering/in the nostalgia wave for the 7th generation consoles (Xbox 360/PS3/Wii) so prices for those might rise while prices for 6th gen (OG Xbox/PS2/Gamecube) might fall.
8th gen (Xbox One/PS4/Switch) is probably more accessible/plentifull both used and new still.

If it includes using Rufus I’m going to explode

When you first walk out of the shrine of resurrection in Zelda Breath of the Wild and view over the landscape

Wow, 13-hour work days sounds completely insane

Did this also happen when DDR3 was phased out?

Hopefully GrapheneOS can be my solution since I’ve got a Pixel 7a, but I first need to move over all my 2FA accounts because Twilio Authy does not work on GrapheneOS 😭

If I ever were to lose a limb like a finger (and if it couldn’t be reattached) I would like to keep it like preserved in an alcohol jar or just the bone part as a good terrible conversation piece

Leave my boy Wheatley out of this

So handsome ❤️

I would recommend Linux Mint for stable general purpose, or Bazzite as I see other people recommend it for more gaming oriented until SteamOS 3.0 comes out for desktop PC’s

When I hear pet I think family member, but I guess it’s better than what a lot of people do like abandoning/killing their unwanted pets in inhumane ways.
Something that amazes me that I often see is tech literate people wastly over estimating the tech literacy of an average person. Any amount of tech support would tell you that most people barley know the basics and doesn’t care for anything else.

Strong magnet maybe?

Kirby’s return to dreamland for the wii probably, but I doubt the old raspberry pi’s could run it
5:
1 - My main Sony Trinitron
2 - A smaller Philips vhs combo tv that I want to integrate to a retrocart setup
3 - PC monitor for my Intel 386 and AMD Athlon retro builds
4 - A cute 5-inch monochrome travel TV
5 - An Amstrad GT-64 monochrome monitor for Amstrad CPC 464, Commodore 64 and sometimes Gameboy games through the super Gameboy on SNES.
