That’s true however android is not very well optimized for older hardware. It would be cool to see fairphone become large enough that they can order better deals with cpu manufacturers in bulk to have more powerful chips while largely contributing to an efficient linux mobile distro.
Perhaps at the end of software support, that’s how I do my upgrades.
They do really go well together. It would be cool to see a partnership between them but still remain as separate companies.
It’s great for people running at the end of their phone’s lifespan such as those with pixel 5as and iphone 8s.

3·13 days agoAbsolutely there are plenty of bad actors trying to convince Europeans to get rid of their democracy because things aren’t perfect.
And they’re planning to destroy your games after a set amount of years where one can no longer even look at the mtx one may mistakenly bought.
Xbox is about to get democracy installed!
Yup, these corporate loonies love screeching about the European Union so much while they do everything they can to appeal to China while selling out their own soul.
The title favours Apple too much.
Because they feel frustrated that they cant keep playing the games they paid with their hard-earned cash due to publishers destroying them.
The conditions in the US are much more difficult to get the government to regulate that games be kept in a playable state. However if this initiative succeeds then the industry would have to apply the same rules globally in order to keep the legal stuff simple.
Because the european market is large enough to affect the whole gaming industry.

Even people who liked the game couldn’t play it for long.
Maypull is not worth talking to. They’re defending the cruel multi-billion dollar animal agriculture system no matter the cost to the animals, the environment and the workers.
Looks like it’s time for the reverse engineering folks to come in.
