Cantina chicken burrito with the green sauce in the packet. It’s better than you’d get at most of the fake Mexican chain restaurants in my city. Not as good as the authentic places but the price can’t be beat.

That’s your right and I support you but… If your standard is “I don’t buy products that are made by bad people”… You’re gonna have a tough time. No such thing as ethical capitalism and all that.
If your phone has Bluetooth turned on, it’ll track you.
Because they look and taste like dog food.
How about some People Style fries, please?
Oh my god. Where are you located? I’ll literally look it up for you.
FFS.
I literally just went to the links provided by the Buy Now buttons on the raspberry pi website and they’re all there.
I feel like there’s a Mandela effect thing going on with how people remember the price of pis several years ago. If anything, because of inflation, pis are cheaper now than when they released.
The pi3B+ and pi4B are still $35 for the 1GB models and have the same performance today that they did when they came out (and way more compatible software).
If all you’re doing is setting up a tinkering lab at a school, which everyone and their mom seems to want to do judging by the comments, you can still do that. The only thing that has changed is the entry of the sbc choices. Raspberry pi hasn’t gotten worse, the market has just caught up with them to some degree and that’s fine.
More for the rest of us, I guess.
I’d much rather have a game like deadlock developed out of love and passion than some suits dictating to the devs to make games they don’t want to. That’s how we get Avengers, Redfall, Gotham Knights, etc…
No, you use it as a media server. A media center can also be a media server but often is not.
If your pi is just reading files from the network, it’s fine. If it’s serving files, you’re gonna have a bad time.
Use the right tool for the job.
A raspberry pi isn’t and has never been a good choice for a server.
For an appliance like a pi hole, home assistant, or media center playing files from a real Nas it’s fine.
They believe that we’re on the precipice of creating agi. Agi, if invented, would be like inventing the nuclear bomb. Whoever does it first gets a massive leg up on the competition. Except in this case instead of destroying a rival with a bomb you just ask your Agi, “what’s the best way to become the most profitable company in history” and it will tell you and it will be right.
This is lemmy and so I understand it but flashing an esp32 is not super easy for 99.9% of the population.
I have a password manager with a family plan so my wife can use it. Does she? Absolutely not. And that’s why we don’t share bank accounts.
Elegant, efficient code? Who needs that shit?
Not wishing at all. As soon as it happens, they’ll outlaw all drones. They won’t be covered under the 2nd amendment of course.
I’m just waiting for someone to use one of these for an assassination attempt in a western country. I’m honestly surprised it hasn’t happened yet considering Ukraine has shown how effective they are.
Speaking of factorio, it is the example of “If you want your game to have true replay value, the best thing you can do is embrace the modding community”.
Factorio made mods first class citizens and reaped the rewards.
I do too but I’m old and my wrist can’t handle more than 15-20 minutes of mouse aiming anymore.
Gyro controls usually bridge the gap for me but my first attempt didn’t go well. I’ll give it another try in a while. I just saw neon white and curse of the golden idol just got added to gamepass so I’ll be playing those for the next week or two probably.
If your predecessor beat the guy by using platform A, it stands to reason that a pretty safe campaign strategy is to not deviate from platform A very much.
