54·1 year agoThe one thing I will say positively about DoorDash is that when something is wrong with the order, it is really easy to report it and receive fair credit in the app instantly.
I’ve been trying to order directly more often, to avoid fees and tips, and if something is wrong it’s almost always a hassle to get any kind of credit without going back to the store in person. I barely want to go in the first place, so having to go back just to get $3 doesn’t really make sense.

Padding their buddies pockets with bs “consulting” and “team building” while the basic needs of the company don’t get met.
