There is overwhelmingly evidence that proof breast growth is reversible (to a degree).

Maybe give it some time? It will shrink over time. I wish you best luck :3

Also, there are non-binary HRT that allows you to have all the benefits of estrogen without breast growth (to a degree). It depends on your goal.
