New license tier, restrictions on where it can park, and put a speed limiter in them capping it at 70mph. Over 4 tons? New tier that requires the previous tier as well, more strict parking restrictions, speed limiter to 60mph. Not to mention I’d say vehicle size as well as weight should factor in too.

Vehicle over 2 tons? New license tier, restrictions on where it can park, and put a speed limiter in them capping it at 70mph.
