So, something scoring in the 20th percentile really means that it is only better than 20% of the other rated things, but I was facetiously implying an American might think it meant top 20%.

No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
