Best part is there is a masterlist of the names he can say.
This includes obvious profanity like Mr. Fuck, Mr. Fuckface, Mr. Badass.
This also includes names of other characters like Plisskin (Snake Plisskin from Escape from New York). The fallout wiki has the list.
For every fallout game, I played my first playthrough as myself and would name my characters as my first and last name. My first name wasn’t included in the list of names, but my lastname was and I almost shit myself when codsworth greeted me as Mr. (Last name).
I thought the developers pulled off some kind of black magic when they did that.
Nope. Just a big-ass list of names that the voice actor read out lol.

My name is on there yay! I never knew cause i have only played the game once and i don’t make myself in games. The name i gave my character wasnt in there either. So close to her name though
