That sucks. that gene doesn’t even get a fun name like the MoTHerFuckeR gene (which methylates folate if you have working copies, or not if you don’t, and yes the capitalization is important we’re spelling genes)
well thanks for the concern, however I don’t actually have this issue. Though my cousin does, which is why I know about it. I have a litany of my own serious health issues, so I am glad I don’t have that too. However, now that they are almost 50, their life is miserable, and they probably will not make 60 :(

people always make that assumption about me too. my wife and i have the most fun adventures. your cousin might have a good life too.
