Otherwise, they’re for sale. Depending on what you’d like, one could cost you more than the other. Many are making millions using their office… openly. Imagine what is not reported.
Independents are now over 40% of registered voters… Ds and Rs are dipping below 30% each.
Good. As long as it leads to repealing Citizens United and further finance reform so corporations aren’t calling the shots. Politicians are afraid to say no to corps because they need the funding to stay in office.
But 44% of independents lean Democrat and 33% who lean Repub, which is reflected in their voting. I only registered Democrat myself so I could vote in the primaries.
