I did not say that as a downer, just bringing up issues, which paradoxically, if this operation began (as soon as we get over the tissue incompatibility, which might not be a real issue just something that I think might be) both other issues will improve as more effort and investment is put in those operation.

Would sort of suck for the people who want to do it the first few years (I am sure there are people who despite lack of sensitivity would prefer their desired genitals), But it will improve to the point that it might become reasonably mainstream.
