Whether fortunately or no, it is whatever you desire it to be. Well, a combination of that + what others desire for it, weighted according to the strength of conviction.

By finding an interest group or support group that focuses on my main goal in life. That made all the difference for me. The toughest part is not accidentally joining a cult.

    Everything gets you somewhere
    Nothing gets you nowhere
One pair of shoes is great
Compared to two feet trying to run bare

    Keep moving.

My genuine advice is to put on your favorite album and go for a 2 hour walk every day. Every day. Exercise does better than antidepressants in a statistically significant percentage of the population.

    Routine is your friend.

Sometimes you just need to pause and only exist for a bit. It’s a rest. You don’t need to better yourself or figure anything out. You just need to survive. And that’s ok. Beating yourself up over surviving and existing and resting isn’t going to help.

Now, if you’re ready to move forward, one foot in front of the other. One minute or hour at a time. What do you want to do/accomplish? Not what do other people think what do YOU think/feel. And break that down into tiny, minuscule, achievable steps, and just start.
