    Its going to be bad enough that nobody rebuilds in that area, and we have our first refugees.

    Literally what happened back during the original Katrina. A bunch of people from Louisiana picked up and moved to Houston permanently. Houston’s 2 million population grew by about 10 percent virtually overnight, straining all key city services such as schools, hospitals, emergency services and, particularly, public safety. This made a number of Houston Republicans extremely upset (Barbara Bush chief among them)

    It has happened before. It will happen again.

      Same thing but what Im talking about will be a larger scale. There are people still living in Loiusiana and New Orleans, although there are probably smaller towns that are empty.
