The link on the page of the Roll Call just takes you to the link I provided, which states the bill has only been introduced and not passed.
There have been several actions such as including it with a group of other bills for consideration or sending it to committees.
I posted the roll call of votes. They voted, it passed. The progress bar is behind.
ETA: Oh hey look, the admin woke up this morning after work and updated the progress bar that apparently is the only way to determine that the vote that passeed, passed.

Yep, your right, I read the number wrong. The page is behind, the clerks page logged the votes today on the resolution. That’s definitely my bad.
