I’ll say that what the public really were trying to vote out was the reality brought on by COVID and how that was handled.
Now, COVID is ‘done’, they can convince themselves that anyone would have been screwed up in that situation, and even if they screwed it up, well, that is done.
So back in 2024, trying to vote out the inflation.
Basically every election since 2018 has been about voting out whatever is currently going on.
