Capybara are actually supposed to be already pretty cool. Some selective breeding might make them even cooler.

There are some aquaria that would be unrealistic to own now but if there were no limits it’d be interesting to have some of the deep sea creatures.
But also, really, if money, time, etc. were no issue, I’d probably take over an entire american state to build an enormous shelter/kennel/animal hospital/rescue centre for the lost, abandoned, unhoused, or otherwise uncared for pets of the world.
I’ve been interested in snakes lately, they are actually quite a very interesting topic, I didn’t realize just how many hundreds of morphs there are and not to mention variations of species.

honestly. cats and dogs are pretty great and off them goldens are super awesome. Not sure I would want anything above that necessarilly. I mean if I was going to reach for the fantastic maybe an orangutan like in every wich way but loose. its also so amazing the way the one that learned sign language learned so many aspects of humanity. still if I only had one pet and did not have to worry about providing for it then golden all the way.

Right before I was born, my mom had a pet skunk named Petunia. She loved her and talked about her all the time growing up.
