Disable VoWiFi, VoLTE and VoNR
No more phone calls!

Isn’t 2G absolutely terrible for privacy if you are making calls?
Maybe if A5/1 is used. Just don’t expect any privacy from standard phone calls to begin with. Or anything lacking proper E2EE.
